1. Data We Collect

We offer an “Explore Without Signup” feature that allows you to browse job listings without providing any personal data. Data collection, as detailed below, begins when you choose to register for an account.

1.1 Registration Data
When you register with FetroAder, you may provide:

• Google Account Information: Email address. We also request your phone number for verification.
• Apple Sign-In: For Apple users only, you can register and log in using Apple Sign-In. We also request your phone number for verification.
• Telegram: You can register and log in using your Telegram account. Our Telegram bot might ask for access to your phone number. If you approve this request, we will use it to let you enter our app.
• Manual Registration: First name, last name, phone number (with OTP verification).

Note: Any user who attempts to proceed without inserting their first and last name will be prompted to provide this information before entering the home page.

1.2 Profile Data
To build your profile, you can add or edit the following:

• Personal Information: First name, last name, profession, address, phone number (with OTP verification), and email address.
• Bio: Editable information about yourself.
• Education & Experience Records: Details about your professional and academic background.
• Skills, Language, CVs, Portfolio: Information to showcase your qualifications.

1.3 Application Data
When applying for jobs, you provide your CV or your completed profile.

1.4 Chat Data
We collect messages and media shared between you and job posters. For safety, this data cannot be edited or deleted.

1.5 National ID Verification Data
If you choose to verify your identity via National ID, we collect your First Name, Last Name, Gender, Birthdate, and Location. This information will override the corresponding data in your profile and cannot be edited. It is required to enable wallet features like withdrawals and money transfers.

1.6 Freelancer and Earning Data (aVerse)
Engaging in our freelancer service, aVerse, may require additional data for task management.

• Note: To become an agent and participate in earning opportunities, you must first activate your FetroAder Wallet by setting up a PIN.

1.7 Contesting Platform Data (Qegnet)
Participation in Qegnet contests may require the collection of specific information.

1.8 Wallet and Financial Data
When you activate and use the FetroAder Wallet, we collect:

• Wallet PIN: You must create a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to activate and secure your wallet.
• Financial Institution Information: To process withdrawals, you can add details of your financial accounts (e.g., banks).
• Transaction Data: We maintain a record of all your transactions, which you can view. This includes top-ups from other financial institutions, withdrawal requests (including pending requests), credit transfers to other FetroAder users, and credits received.
• Note on Verification: To enable withdrawal requests and credit transfers, you must complete a one-time verification of your account using your National ID. Once your ID is successfully verified, you will not need to repeat this process for future transactions.
• Note on Withdrawals: Please be aware that withdrawal requests are not processed automatically. Each request is manually reviewed and approved by our team. This process may take from a few hours to a couple of days.
• Note on Transaction Limits: Please be aware that there are daily limits on withdrawal requests and credit transfers. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at our discretion.

1.9 Edge Program Integration and Certification
FetroAder is integrated with the EDGE program, an initiative of the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works strategy, implemented by a consortium of partners led by Hybrid Designs PLC and Partners including ICog Consultants, Qua Qua Capitals and R&D Group. The program aims to enable over 300,000 financially disadvantaged young women and men to access dignified and fulfilling work opportunities in the outsourcing industry.

• Data Sharing at Registration: As part of the registration process, after you give your explicit consent (e.g., by confirming a checkbox), we will share your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number with the EDGE program.
• “Edge Certified” Status: We use an API integration to communicate with the EDGE program. If you are recognized as certified in the EDGE system, your FetroAder profile will automatically display an “Edge Certified” status.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data responsibly for purposes including:

• To create and manage your account and professional profile.
• To verify your identity through email, OTP, and National ID.
• To automatically check and display your “Edge Certified” status through our integration with the EDGE program.
• To manage and secure your FetroAder Wallet and process your financial transactions (top-ups, withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers).
• To facilitate your participation in our various services like job applications, freelancer programs (aVerse), and contests (Qegnet).
• To communicate updates, notifications, and support messages.

3. Data Sharing

We only share your data in the following scenarios:

• With job posting entities when you apply for a job.
• With financial institutions or payment processors, as necessary, to process your withdrawal requests and top-up transactions. We only share the information required to complete the transaction.
• With the EDGE Program: Upon registration, and only after you provide your explicit consent (e.g., by checking a box agreeing to these terms), we share your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number with the EDGE program and its implementing partners (Hybrid Designs PLC, ICog Consultants, Qua Qua Capitals, R&D Group). This is used to register you in their system and to facilitate the automatic verification of your “Edge Certified” status.
• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for unrelated purposes.

4. Data Protection

We implement strict security measures, including encryption and restricted access, to protect your data.

5. What Personal and Sensitive Data Your App Collects

We only collect data you voluntarily provide. This includes:

• Registration, Profile, and National ID verification details.
• Job application and chat data.
• Data for freelancer and contest platforms.
• Data related to the Edge Program integration.
• Wallet and financial data (PIN, bank details, transaction history).

5.1 Explore Without Signup
Browsing is possible without an account, but registration is required for all actions.

6. Explanation of How We Use Personal Data

• Registration & Profile Data: To create your account and showcase your qualifications.
• Financial & Wallet Data: To enable secure transactions and manage your earnings.
• Job Application & Chat Data: For recruitment and communication purposes.
• Communications & Notifications: To keep you informed.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View your personal and financial information.
• Edit: Update your profile, except for data verified by National ID.
• Account Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.

8. User Conduct and Content

You agree to act professionally and are solely responsible for all content you send and transactions you make.

9. Children`&apos`s Privacy

FetroAder is not intended for users under the age of 13.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
