1. Data We Collect

We offer an "Explore Without Signup" feature that allows you to browse job listings without providing any personal data. Data collection, as detailed below, begins when you choose to register for an account.

1.1 Registration Data

When you register with FetroAder, you may provide:

• Google Account Information: Email address. We also request your phone number for verification.
• Apple Sign-In: For Apple users only, you can register and log in using Apple Sign-In. We also request your phone number for verification.
• Telegram: You can register and log in using your Telegram account. Our Telegram bot might ask for access to your phone number. If you approve this request, we will use it to let you enter our app.
• Manual Registration: First name, last name, phone number (with OTP verification).
• Note: Any user who attempts to proceed without inserting their first and last name will be prompted to provide this information before entering the home page.

1.2 Profile Data

To build your profile, you can add or edit the following:

• Personal Information:First name, last name, profession, address, phone number (with OTP verification), and email address. Changes to phone numbers require OTP verification. Users who register/login with a Google account cannot change their email address. Users who register/login with a phone number can enter an email without email verification. First name and last name can be changed but they can't be left empty.
• Bio: Editable information about yourself (editable and deletable).
• Education Records: Institution, education level, field of study, start date, and end date (all editable and deletable).
• Experience Records: Position, company name, start date, end date, job sector(optional), work location (optional), job site(optional), employment type(optional), salary(optional), description(optional), Reference(optional) (all editable and deletable).
• Skills: Editable skillset.
• Language: Editable language list.
• CVs: Upload up to three CVs at a time (deletable).
• Portfolio: Showcase your work by adding links, documents, images, or videos (all editable and deletable).
• Note: After building a profile and inserting the necessary data, the profile can be considered complete. Users can send this data as a CV to providers. Alternatively, users can upload and send a CV in PDF format.

1.3 Application Data

When applying for jobs, you provide:

• CV or, completed profile that has passed the threshold set in a percentage form.

1.4 Chat Data

When a job poster initiates a conversation with you after you have applied for a job, we collect the following data:

• Chat Messages: Text-based communications between you and the job poster.
• Shared Media: Images and files shared within the chat.
• Note: For safety and professional integrity, messages and shared media within the chat cannot be edited or deleted by either party. Applicants have the ability to flag inappropriate messages for review.

1.5 National ID Verification Data

We have integrated National ID verification as the ultimate verification option. If you choose to verify your identity through this method, we will collect your First Name, Last Name, Gender, Birthdate, and Location directly from your National ID. This information will override the corresponding data in your profile, and you will not be able to edit it afterward as it serves as your primary verification. While we will use the phone number from your National ID as your unique identification phone number, your login email and phone number will not be changed. You retain the right to delete your account at any time, which will remove all your associated data.

1.6 Freelancer and Earning Data

We have integrated other money-earning options to help you become a freelancer. Currently, this includes aVerse, which allows users to become agents and earn money by completing required tasks. Engaging in these services may require the collection of additional data necessary for task management and processing payments.

1.7 Contesting Platform Data (Qegnet)

We have added a contesting platform called Qegnet. Your participation in contests may require the collection of specific information relevant to the event.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data responsibly for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account.
• To verify your identity through email, OTP, and National ID.
• To allow you to build a professional profile and update your information.
• To allow you to showcase your skills and work through your portfolio.
• To enable you to apply for jobs by sharing your CV and profile with job posting entities.
• To facilitate direct communication between you and job posters through our chat feature.
• To manage your participation in freelancer programs (like aVerse) and contests (on Qegnet).
• To enhance your user experience and provide tailored services.
• To communicate updates, notifications, and support messages.
• To send notifications via in-app, push, or SMS alerts.
• To allow job listings to be shared through a share option.

3. Data Sharing

We only share your data in the following scenarios:

• When you apply for a job, your CV, completed profile, and portfolio are shared with the job posting entity.
• Chat communications, including messages and shared files, are shared exclusively between you and the job poster you are conversing with.
• We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties for advertising or other unrelated purposes.

4. Data Protection

We implement strict security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of sensitive data.
• Restricted access to personal information.
• Regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection standards.

5. What Personal and Sensitive Data Your App Collects

We only collect the personal and sensitive data you voluntarily provide when you register and use our services. This includes:

• Registration details (Google, Apple, Telegram, or manual registration).
• Profile and verification details (including from your National ID).
• Job application data (CV and completed profile).
• Chat data (messages and media).
• Data for freelancer and contest platforms.

5.1 Explore Without Signup

You can browse job and training listings without creating an account. However, to take any actions, such as applying for a job, creating a profile, using the chat feature, or building a portfolio, you must register or log in.

6. Explanation of How We Use Personal Data

• Registration Data: Used to verify your identity and create your account.
• Profile & Portfolio Data: Enables you to showcase your qualifications and work to potential employers.
• Job Application Data: Shared with job posting entities for recruitment purposes.
• Chat Data: To facilitate communication between applicants and job posters.
• Communications: To keep you informed about job updates, application statuses, and system notifications.
• Notifications: Delivered via in-app, push, or SMS channels.
• Contact Support: Users can reach out for any issues through the contact options provided in the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View the personal information provided during registration and profile creation.
• Edit: Update or delete your profile information at any time. Please note that information verified through your National ID (First Name, Last Name, Gender, Birthdate, Location) cannot be edited.
• Account Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.

8. User Conduct and Content

By using FetroAder, including the chat functionality, you agree to act professionally and are solely responsible for the content you send. You agree to only transmit appropriate content and not to send anything that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise violates our terms of service. We reserve the right to review flagged content and take appropriate action to maintain a safe and professional environment for all users.

9. Children’s Privacy

FetroAder is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
