1. Use of the App

1.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the App, you must register an account. You can register using your Google account, Apple Sign-In, Telegram, or manually by providing your first name, last name, and phone number (with OTP verification). If you register via Telegram, our bot may ask for access to your phone number. If you approve, we will use it to grant you access to the App.

1.2 Explore Without Signup
You can explore the App and view posted job and training listings without creating an account. However, to take any action—including but not limited to applying for a job, creating a profile, or using our other services—you must register for an account or log in.

1.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile creation. Any updates to your account, such as phone numbers, must be verified using OTP verification. Users who register with a Google account cannot change their email.

1.4 National ID Verification
We have integrated National ID verification as the ultimate verification option. If you choose this method, we will take your First Name, Last Name, Gender, Birthdate, and Location from your National ID. This data will override the previous information in your profile and cannot be edited, as it serves as your main verification. We will not override your login phone number or email, but the phone number from your National ID will be used as your unique identification phone number. You can delete your account at any time, and your data will be removed.

1.5 Appropriate Conduct
By using FetroAder, you agree to act professionally and are solely responsible for the content you create, share, and send. Misuse of the platform, such as submitting false applications, sharing inappropriate content, or harassing others, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Job Applications

2.1 Free Applications
FetroAder does not charge users for applying to jobs listed on the platform.

2.2 Submitting Applications
When applying for a job, you may need to upload a CV or submit a completed profile. By submitting your application, you consent to sharing this information with the respective job posting entity.

2.3 Accuracy of Application Data
You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your applications is accurate and truthful.

3. Profile and Portfolio Management

3.1 Editable and Deletable Data
All profile data can be edited or deleted by you, with the following exceptions:

• Information verified via National ID cannot be edited.
• Phone numbers can only be changed with OTP verification.
• Users who register with a Google account cannot change their email.

3.2 Portfolio
You can create a portfolio to showcase your skills by adding links, documents, images, or videos. You are responsible for all content you upload.

4. Chat and Communication

4.1 Chat Initiation
After you apply for a job, the job posting entity may initiate a chat with you through the App.

4.2 User Conduct in Chat
By using the chat feature, you agree to maintain professional conduct and only send appropriate content.

4.3 Message Integrity and Safety
For safety and record-keeping purposes, messages and files shared in the chat cannot be edited or deleted by either party. You can flag any message you deem inappropriate for review.

5. Additional Services

5.1 Freelancer Services (aVerse)
We have integrated options for you to earn money as a freelancer. Currently, this includes aVerse, which allows you to become an agent and earn money by completing required tasks.

5.2 Contesting Platform (Qegnet)
We have added another contesting platform called Qegnet. Your participation in these contests is subject to their specific rules.

6. Data Protection

FetroAder is committed to protecting your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Notifications and Sharing

7.1 Notifications
We provide notifications to keep you updated. These can be received in-app, as push notifications, or via SMS.

7.2 Sharing
Each job posting includes a share option, allowing users to share job opportunities.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, share misleading or offensive content, or disrupt the App's functionality.

9. User Rights

• Access: View your personal information.
• Edit: Update or delete your profile information at any time, except for data verified by National ID.
• Account Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.

10. Children’s Privacy

FetroAder is not intended for users under the age of 13.

11. Limitation of Liability

FetroAder is a platform for connecting users with various opportunities. We do not guarantee job placements or the authenticity of postings. Users must exercise due diligence.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
