Welcome to FetroAder (“we” or “us”). By accessing or using our job listing platform (the “App”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

 

 

1. Use of the App

1.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, such as applying for jobs or creating a profile, you must register an account. You can register using your Google account, Apple Sign-In (for Apple users), or manually by providing your first name, last name, and phone number (with OTP verification). For users registering with Google or Apple accounts, we will also request a phone number for verification purposes.

1.2 Browsing Without Registration

Users can browse job and training listings without registering or logging in. However, registration or login is required to apply for a job or create a profile.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile creation. Any updates to your account, such as phone numbers, must be verified using OTP verification. Users who register with a Google account cannot change their email. Users who register with a phone number can add an email without email verification. First and last names can be changed but cannot be left empty.

1.4 Appropriate Conduct

Users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while using the App. Misuse of the platform, such as submitting false applications, sharing inappropriate content, or harassing others, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

 

 

2. Job Applications

2.1 Free Applications

FetroAder does not charge users for applying to jobs listed on the platform. Any requests for payment from job posting entities should be reported to us immediately.

2.2 Submitting Applications

When applying for a job, you may need to upload a CV or submit a completed profile that has passed the threshold set in a percentage form. By submitting your application, you consent to sharing this information with the respective job posting entity.

2.3 Accuracy of Application Data

You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your applications, including your CV, is accurate and truthful.

 

 

3. Profile Management

3.1 Editable and Deletable Data

All profile data, including personal information, education, and experience records, can be edited or deleted by you, with the following exceptions:

  • Phone numbers can only be changed with OTP verification.

  • Users who register with a Google account cannot change their email.

  • Users who register with a phone number can add an email without email verification.

3.2 Profile Completion and CV Sharing

Once a profile is complete, users can send this data as a CV to job providers. Alternatively, users can upload and send a CV in PDF format.

3.3 Public Sharing

Your profile information, including your name, profession, education, and experience, may be shared with job posting entities when you apply for a job.

 

 

4. Data Protection

FetroAder is committed to protecting your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. For details on data usage and security, refer to the Privacy Policy.

 

 

5. Notifications and Sharing

5.1 Notifications

We provide notifications to keep you updated on job applications, new job postings, and system updates. Notifications can be received in-app, as push notifications, or via SMS.

5.2 Sharing

Each job posting includes a share option, allowing users to share job opportunities with others.

 

 

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users’ data.

  • Share false, misleading, or offensive content.

  • Engage in activities that disrupt or compromise the functionality of the App.

 

 

7. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: View the personal information provided during registration and profile creation.

  • Edit: Update or delete your profile information at any time.

  • Account Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.

 

 

8. Children’s Privacy

FetroAder is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

FetroAder is a platform for connecting job seekers and job posting entities. We do not guarantee job placements or the authenticity of job postings. Users must exercise due diligence when applying for jobs and engaging with employers.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
